If you are planning a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, please
complete one of the reservation forms so that we can prepare for your
visit. Please include as much information as possible. A member of our
staff will contact you to discuss the details of your visit. You
may also call the Shrine directly during business hours to make
reservations (716) 754-7489.
Due to Changes in Microsoft's Software Support it is
temporarily not possible to make online General or Festival of Lights
Reservations. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please
